If any of you are wondering to yourselves "Okay I have ninja. Now how do I go up in ranks?" This is basicly a tutorial on how to achieve Engineer+ ranks
First off, Engineer rank is not an easy rank to obtain.
It requires: Maturity, Trust of the admins, and knowledge of F-Craft. (The software the server runs on)
This is what we look for when ranking people engineer rank.

Time Online
Maturity (You dont have to be 18+ to be mature)
How Much You Help Others (I.E teaching people about WOM helping them with any problems etc.)
How you treat other players If your an ass towards people because they are lower rank than you or for any reason at all that doesnt look good.
How much you help admins and moderators (I.E Helping find grief or reporting a person trolling etc.)
A considerable amount of time goes into the process of thinking about ranking someone engineer rank.
After someone is ranked Engineer we will watch there actions extremely closely to make sure they dont abuse there newly found powers.
The rank advancement to inspector is practicly the same from ninja -> engineer.
We look for maturity, how well you moderate the server etc.
