What happened after the shutdown?

The question I've been asking, What happened to the server?

After days of waiting to play again on the server, the server finally gets online but something was different. I was deranked (problem solved), my information was wrong, many of my buildings had disappeared (in guest and guest2 world). I've asked the adms and I didn't get answers I waited to see if anything would be resolved.

Now I decided to post here in the forum to see if someone answers me something and to see if anyone would complain about that too.

Thanks for the answer, I appreciate it. However I'm still sad to lose what I had done and for the time spent that I lost too. About the information there's not a way to recover the time because I had over than 30 hours and only now I got the 30 hours again.
