JNS we need more stuff, like physics, doors, and portals, FLY is a big one. Me and Drbeg think it will help our retention rate by A LOT. retention as in people will actually want to come back!

physics, door, portals are toys, flyers can use WoM... main world is a dumping spot to say "hello there, read the /rules" (so newbies learn to use /j guest from there, those that dont usually greef anyhow)... if portals existed, can use main as portal room... no portals means its just an intro area... do we need a main or an intro area? if so... needs it to be relatively impressive

as far as retention rate, i'm thinking its due to a steep rank curve, 10 hours (or 5 hours, whatever), to move up from guest to builder is steep, you lose people's attention after 30 minutes or their first or 2nd build, before they are ready to move on... as if builder rank gave you anything of use anyhow... ninja is what these guys want, so they have some commands and stuffs to work with... and that takes 30 hours... instead, critique a build, if it shows some promise, i say promo to ninja... if it sucks, throw them to builder until they learn or ragequit... from there, yea, be steep past ninja...

time based ranks dont jive with me... its all about the skill... and matching the skill to a rank... for instance... drogba cannot build worth a darn, even with op commands and limits, but im sure he can do pixels, would be somewhere between builder and ninja in my book, no matter how many hours he was online, however builders like horatiu, have skill... even at guest rank, he can build amazing things, would promo him at ninja fast, and with the amount of builds and diversity he has displayed, be at adv-builder in my opinion, regardless of his time online...

this is the imbalance i see... these are my opinions... they have already been discussed... i have no hard feelings against anyone that dont agree...
