what if a moderator was treating the lower ranks like crap. E.G a moderator kicking someone for saying bye. another E.G kicking them for no reason.
would they be demoted?

Second, depends on who this person is, if the moderator is say, kicking guests that dont know us at that kind of level then that is bad. But if say an operator kicks an engi or inspector its fine as long as he/she doesnt over do it.
